Bohn Bopp
Bohn Popp is the Executive Vice President of Quality and Brand Strategy at Aunt Millie's Bakery. He serves on the Quality Bakers of America Board, is a Former President of Fort Wayne Boys and Girls Club, and is part of the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Fort Wayne. He strives to inspire and be inspired by others to do a better job every day, better than yesterday. He is married and has one son.
Lisa Fischer
Lisa Fischer is originally from Cleveland, Ohio, but has called Fort Wayne home for 10 years. She has worked in the construction industry for well over a decade in a variety of rolls including sales, marketing and customer service. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in public relations from Heidelberg University in Tiffin, Ohio. Lisa is married to her incredibly gifted husband, Ben, and has two hilarious and brilliant sons, Elijah and Mark. When she's not working or "mom-ing" Lisa enjoys reading, baking and re-watching episodes of The Office and The Amazing Race. Her favorite part of Circles is the relationship building between the Leaders and the Allies. "I love seeing people connect over the ordinary, but unexpected", says Fischer. "Like parenting highs and lows, work drama, and ridiculous reality TV shows. We all have more in common than we think".
Kyle Lunford
Kyle is Director of Homeownership and Community Development, at Ruoff Mortgage. His personal statement: "Serving others always comes first. Serving my family, friends and neighbors means so much more than accomplishing any of my personal goals. I am second to the service of God and others!"
Zach Washler
Zach has 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector. He is currently the Community Programs Coordinator for Fort Wayne Community Schools. Zach's post secondary education includes a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Drake University, and a Master's of Divinity from Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary. In addition to volunteering with Circles, he volunteers with the Sons of the American Revolution, and the Woodland Warriors Cross Country and Track and Field Booster Club. In his free time, Zach enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking, running and reading.
Christian Perez-Mora
Christian Perez Mora has been in the education field since 2016 in various roles. Since 2019, she has served as the Families in Transition Coordinator, overseeing the Families in Transition department. This department is responsible for helping provide equal access to education to homeless students under the McKinney-Vento Act; she serves over 1,000 homeless students and families each school year. In addition, she also supervises the FWCS Clothing Bank, which is responsible for providing clothing, supplies, and hygiene essentials to thousands of students in need each year. Christian was born and raised in generational poverty, which has given her a unique understanding of the hardships that students and families face today. Walking alongside students in need, she strives to exemplify perseverance and hope for families.

Sara Ofner-Seals
Rev. Sara Ofner-Seals serves as the associate pastor at Plymouth Congregational Church, United Church of Christ, where she has served since 2021. Before arriving at Plymouth, she served for four years as co-pastor at First Congregational Church in New London, CT and for five years as pastor at Park Congregational Church in Norwich, CT. In addition to her pastoral work, she served as the communications manager and volunteer coordinator at the New London Homeless Hospitality Center from 2017-2021 and was the director of the New London Urban Outreach Project from 2018-2020. Before becoming a pastor, Sara received a Bachelor of Music degree in vocal performance from Millikin University and a Master of Music degree in early music performance from the Longy School of Music in Cambridge, MA. After completing her studies in music, Sara went on to receive her Master of Divinity degree from Yale Divinity School in 2010 and was ordained in the United Church of Christ in 2012. Sara is married to oboe player Barrett Seals and together they share their home with two rescue dogs named Maya and Amos.

Shelley Osborne
Shelley Osborne has had a lengthy career in both for profit and nonprofit entities. Currently, she is the Community Connector for Associated Churches which allows her to connect people across Allen County for the good of our community. She loves being on the board of Circles because she wants to see our area's poverty numbers drop, and Circles will do that!

Nick Polizzi
Nicholas received his Juris Doctorate in 2009 from Thomas Cooley School of Law and has been a member of the Indiana Bar since May 2009 with experience in Insurance, Civil, and Criminal Law. From 2015-2017 he served on the MLK Montessori Board of Directors. Nicholas became a part of Circles and served as an Ally from 2022-2023 and then joined the Board in 2023.
